I have proven experience in transforming people and organizations. I have developed my skills over the last 20 years in organizational and leadership development across a variety of industries – most recently the retail and hospitality sectors.
As a senior leader in multi-unit restaurant (Spectra), retail (Future Shop) and hotel (the Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver) businesses, I served on executive teams and was personally accountable for leading the human resource function in a way that delivered measurable value to the organization, in both the short and long term.
As a consultant, I have demonstrated expertise in facilitating strategic planning processes to enable organizations to thrive. I have helped clients become more successful through outcome-based leadership coaching. I have developed the capacity of organizations to grow by designing and delivering custom workshops on topics ranging from succession planning and talent management; from personal effectiveness and leadership; to employee engagement and communication.
My approach is to work with clients to develop lasting solutions to unleash the power and creativity of their teams – with the goal of developing a stronger business.
