At Zoteck we approach most everything we do with the view that there are no problems but opportunities for innovative solutions. I offer an intuitive sense of how things should be and 360 degree view of our sector spanning 20 years experience, as an executive chef with purchasing and systems responsibilities.

I began training as a chef at VCC in Vancouver, my passion for discovering new culinary ideas took me from Napa Valley to Asia where I trained with leading chefs in the field. My experience across the sector helped refined both my analytical and organizational skills and allow me to integrate quickly into a client team and develop holistic solutions across functions, from procurement, contract negotiation to food safety and standards regulation implementation.

My goal is to always agree a clear vision of what needs to be done, develop an effective road map, and ensure that the client team is fully involved every step of the program.

We work to build lasting and open relationships based on honest communication and believe in challenging the client to develop a better product. I am not interested in telling the client how to run their business. I prefer to integrate into the client team and work with them to achieve success on every level.
